Can you check my property while I am out of state?
Yes. We provide scheduled and on-demand visual checks of commercial properties, including photographs, visible-condition observations and a written summary. These are not licensed home inspections, engineering evaluations or code inspections.
What types of commercial properties do you support?
Our experience includes neighborhood retail centers, shopping plazas, office buildings and mixed-use commercial properties throughout South Florida.
Can you coordinate repairs and meet vendors onsite?
Yes. We can coordinate access, site meetings, progress checks and completion documentation with independent vendors and appropriately licensed professionals selected or approved by the owner.
Do you help monitor possible code-compliance concerns?
We document visible concerns and coordinate owner-approved corrective work. We do not perform official code inspections or guarantee compliance; owners should rely on the applicable government agency or licensed professional for formal determinations.
Can you follow up on delinquent tenant balances?
At the owner’s written direction, we can send owner-approved payment reminders, document tenant responses and report status. We do not accept rent, negotiate balances, make legal demands or provide debt-collection services.
Can you deliver 3-day notices?
We can provide delivery and status documentation for notices prepared and approved by the property owner or the owner’s Florida attorney. We do not prepare notices, calculate legal deadlines or amounts, or provide legal advice.
